Due to the nature of Goodstein Leather Co. products, all sales are final. 

Goodstein Leather Co. products are guaranteed for life. If something breaks we'll repair it if we can, replace it if we can't. The only exception is negligence - our lifetime warranty does not cover animal bites, chop saws, roller coaster ejections, tipsy cab ride forgetfulness, etc. 

Because every device screen is calibrated differently, exact color can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.   

Monograming and personalization can not be accommodated due to order volume.
